Introduction
Heat exchangers, particularly condensers, are crucial equipment in various industries, playing an essential role in heat transfer between two fluids. These devices are widely used in sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, and power generation industries to optimize processes and recover heat. Vertical reflux condensers are one of the most commonly used types of condensers, designed for chemical reactions in industrial units. This project involves the design of three types of vertical reflux condensers, including jacketed and packed condensers, made from high-quality S.S 316L material. The designs are carefully developed, and all related construction drawings will be provided in AutoCAD and SolidWorks files.
1. Design of Vertical Jacketed Reflux Condenser
This condenser, made from S.S 316L, is suitable for various chemical reactions. Upon completion of this project, you will receive two construction drawings for the equipment, including Body Drawing, 3D View, and Nuzzles Orientation Layout. The drawings will be delivered in AutoCAD format, and SolidWorks files will also be provided. It is important to note that this equipment was manufactured in 2019 at a paint and resin unit in Shiraz Industrial Park and is currently in operation.
2. Design of Vertical Packing Reflux Condenser
This reflux condenser, constructed from S.S 316L, is suitable for various chemical reactions. Upon completion of this project, two construction drawings will be provided, including Body Drawing, 3D View, and Nuzzles Orientation Layout. The drawings will be available in AutoCAD format, and SolidWorks files will also be provided. This equipment was manufactured in 2019 at a paint and resin facility in Shiraz Industrial Park and is currently operational.
3. Design of Vertical Jacketed Condenser
This vertical jacketed condenser, made of S.S 316L, is designed for various chemical reactions. Upon project completion, you will receive two equipment construction drawings, including Body Drawing, 3D View, and Nuzzles Orientation Layout. These drawings will be provided in AutoCAD format, and SolidWorks files will also be made available. The equipment was built in 2019 at a paint and resin production facility in Shiraz Industrial Park and is in use today.
